With this in mind, our Silver Birch Tree with Carved Red Heart Letterpress Stationery is just perfect for your next love note! This note card features two birch tree trunks in a silver-grey ink, with a cherry red heart carved into the right tree.
Each card is letterpress printed by hand on our vintage Chandler & Price letterpress, Hazel, on a thick white cotton stock with rounded corners. First, we run the silver-grey ink to press the trees; next, we run the card back through a second time, using cherry inking and a special plate to achieve the ‘carved’ effect of the heart on the bark. This two-step process ensures each card truly is one of a kind!
