It's been fifteen years since we started Idea Chic. We wanted to share our journey and a few milestones!
2009
Idea Chic is born! We launched our first product on Etsy, our Love is Brewing tea bag favor. It sells right away!
2010
We purchased “Hazel” our 1933 vintage letterpress! Delivered and installed. We started to train and learn the art of letterpress printing.
2012
We launched our own ecommerce website ideachic.net.
2013
David joins Idea Chic full time, we fulfill our dream of working together in a creative business. Work begins on our greeting card line!
2014
Featured in Martha Stewart Weddings magazine for one of our custom invitation suites for Alex & James’s wedding at The Broadmoor Hotel.
2016
Idea Chic is one of 52 companies featured on Handmade on Amazon. Amazon comes to our location with a full production crew and documents our story through film and photographs.
2018
We launch our line on Faire Wholesale Marketplace for retail stores to purchase our products for resale.
2021
We renovated our location to create the boutique stationery store we have today!
2024
Launched the Denver Stationery Society. Happy 15th Birthday Idea Chic!
